Q. How do I email a published plan? How do I email a copy of my food safety plan?
A. Click the Plan Updates tab and select the “Full” plan with the most recent published date. Save the PDF to a local drive on your PC. Attach the PDF Plan file to an email to be sent.

When you push the “Publish Updates” button the system will print two files – one with “update” in the file name will print just the documents that have been affected by the changes. This can be printed and the documents substituted for outdated documents in the hard copy food safety plan. The second file will have “Full” in the file title. This is a full version of the current plan including any changes. Q. What if something changes within the facility (ie change of personnel, refit of store, etc) We have had staff changes how do I update these details in my food safety plan?

Q. Do I have to print the entire Food Safety Plan?
A. We recommend that you print a copy of the full food safety plan to be kept as your staff manual. If changes are made to the plan you don’t need to reprint the entire plan as just documents that have been affected by the changes are printed as an file with “Update” in the title. This file can be printed and these new documents substituted for the outdated ones in the hard copy.
